The opportunity…
The Supervisor, Administrative Operations is an integral and vital role within the Finance & Administration team. This position performs a variety of administrative support functions and office coordination activities for all branches in the department to ensure the effective day-to-day management and operations of the office(s) and building(s). The Supervisor, Administrative Operations is responsible for management of departmental assets and supplies, taking a lead role in space planning and implementation of office moves, and coordination of general office operations.
The incumbent is the supervisor of the Inquiry and Cash Desk, performs financial responsibilities and has a key role in supporting departmental Health and Safety initiatives.
