The Corporation's branches work to support Yukon's food and beverage industry, cannabis market, and local liquor producers through a range of programs and services. We continuously evolve our business structure to improve the way we operate our Whitehorse Liquor Store, central warehouse and five rural community Liquor Stores in Dawson City, Faro, Haines Junction, Mayo, and Watson Lake. The opportunity…
This position reports to the Director of Regulatory Services and is responsible for promoting and verifying compliance with the requirements of the Liquor Act, Cannabis Control & Regulation Act, liquor and cannabis Regulations, and Cannabis/Board/Yukon Liquor Corporation (YLC) policies, assisting licence and liquor permit applicants in understanding the legislative and policy requirements.

You must be willing to communicate with and provide services to clients demonstrating challenging and at times violent and verbal abusive behaviors. During work hours you may be exposed to and deal with significant work hazards and stressful situations, such as intoxicated patrons; noisy, dark and poorly ventilated premises.
