You Are:
As a lead in Marketing Advisory, you will be a catalyst for transformation, bridging business challenges with customer-centric solutions to drive meaningful, brand-led growth. Your role will center on crafting and executing relevant experiences across messages, products, and services by tapping into a deep understanding of consumer needs. You'll leverage people, processes, and technology in a seamless, optimized way to deliver impactful business outcomes.
In this role, you will help design and establish the ideal conditions for marketing organizations to thrive. You'll define the future vision for the brand, refine operational strategies, and oversee the orchestration of transformation. Your strategic insight will be vital in answering critical questions: What do we want to become? How will we operate in the future? How will we drive and manage this transformation?
You will create actionable brand strategies for all consumer touchpoints, ensuring that every interaction is purpose-driven and contributes to a powerful brand experience. Your goal will be to drive outsized impact in the market, social platforms, and culture at large.

The Work:
Developing new operating models and organizational structures for our clients that encompass people, process, technology and governance within and across marketing organizations in order to unlock value and meet desired business outcomes.
Lead teams to develop new and updated operating models, marketing processes, change, training and communication plans and aid our clients to roll-out and stand up those transformational changes within their organization.
Gathering and analyzing information from our clients to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve integrated marketing performance and operations, and designing roadmaps, organizations and operations to deliver this.
Identifying ineffectiveness and areas of opportunity within a client's marketing organization and determining strategic implications. Defining detailed plans, inclusive of people, process and technology, to generate improvements
Engaging with senior and executive level clients to collaborate on solutions and approaches to improve and grow their ability to meet business objectives
Leading and supporting new business opportunities through client relationship development, pitches and RFP responses
Here's What You'll Need:
5+ years of experience in marketing strategy or operations, management consulting, and/or working at a digital agency
2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Strategic skills: strong critical thinker, ability to identify opportunities, break down problems in a logical approach and architect frameworks and solutions, and communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner
Subject matter expertise in different types of operating models and their benefits and challenges, and understanding of nuances in different types of agency and vendor models for marketing
Experience designing and standing up marketing operating models and governance frameworks, including interactions with other parts of the organization and standing up tools and technologies to support
Strong background in assessing marketing workflows and processes and recommending solutions to optimize resource allocation and drive operational efficiencies
Experience with a broad ecosystem of marketing capabilities, including data and analytics, marketing channels, media, content, experience, and technology
Experience working with and influencing executive leaders
Experience driving large scale marketing transformations
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
