IT Project Director (3 year contract)

Tasks/Responsibilities

The Director will be responsible for leading the integration of a new CRM for the entire company. He will be responsible for the planning, coordination and monitoring of strategic projects, ensuring continuous communication with general management and the authorities concerned.

MORE PRECISELY

• Responsible for the life cycle of the project to implement a new CRM
• Ensures that budgets and deadlines for strategic projects are respected
• Coordinates internal and external teams and resources allocated to projects
• Reports to general management and relevant bodies on the progress of projects
• Works with business partners for change management and communication

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience as a large-scale IT Project Manager
• Significant experience in managing CRM/ERP implementation projects
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics environment
• Ability to influence and communicate
• BAC in computer science or equivalent
• Bilingualism (French required, functional English)
