Engineer / Construction Project Manager

Tasks

• Organize and plan: Manage the schedule, quality control, and contract compliance.
• Manage the construction site: Ensure the smooth progress of work, handle unforeseen issues, and maintain control over deadlines.
• Communicate and coordinate: Maintain communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and all stakeholders.
• Supervise changes: Analyze change orders and ensure they are integrated within the set deadlines.
• Financial tracking: Validate and manage payments to subcontractors.
• Ensure delivery: Provide quality work that meets client expectations and project standards.
• Take on any other related responsibilities to complete the project.

Job requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec member.
• One to four years of experience as an institutional project manager.
• Fluency in French, oral and written.
