Tasks
Organize and plan: Manage the schedule, quality control, and contract compliance.
Manage the construction site: Ensure the smooth progress of work, handle unforeseen issues, and maintain control over deadlines.
Communicate and coordinate: Maintain communication with suppliers, subcontractors, and all stakeholders.
Supervise changes: Analyze change orders and ensure they are integrated within the set deadlines.
Financial tracking: Validate and manage payments to subcontractors.
Ensure delivery: Provide quality work that meets client expectations and project standards.
Take on any other related responsibilities to complete the project.

Job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec member.
One to four years of experience as an institutional project manager.
Fluency in French, oral and written.
Desired profile
Ability to motivate, make decisions and manage information.
Flexible availability.
Ability to manage projects worth $8 million to $20 million.
