We are looking for a passionate community lead with a customer-centric mindset and strong understanding of what it takes to infiltrate, engage and empower our passionate communities of riders around the world. Reporting to the brand and consumer engagement manager, Sea-Doo, you will be in charge of continuing to build and implementing a best-in-class global community engagement program, the Sea-Doo Social Club, in North America and in collaboration with our regional teams across the world. You will strategize and operationalize the Sea-Doo Social Club program, enabling and amplifying Sea-Doo's communities of passionate riders across the globe. Working closely with cross-functional and regional teams, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the program's 3-year roadmap.

We are looking for someone who can think outside of the box to create a program that is truly relevant to communities of riders, delivering strong impact to influence positive word of mouth and generate engagement with the Sea-Doo brand. The Community Lead is responsible for shaping and executing the community strategy for Sea-Doo's growing rider network. This role blends event planning, strategic partnerships, and ambassador collaboration to ensure the Social Club is present at key industry and cultural events, strengthening its influence and fostering a thriving, engaged community.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Lead and manage the Sea-Doo Social Club program, implementing the Year 2 and 3 roadmaps and initiatives.

  • Collaborate and align the 360 program ecosystem cross-functionally and globally.

  • Establish best practices and toolkits for regions and dealer teams to roll out the program.

  • Organize and manage execution of the program's initiatives, including event coordination and content creation.

  • Measure and analyze event impact, adjusting strategies for future activations.

  • Build and nurture relationships with local riding communities to drive engagement, retention, and advocacy.

  • Manage the Sea-Doo Social Club digital presence, collaborating with social media teams to amplify events and community-driven content.

  • Work closely with ambassadors to develop authentic, experience-driven content and event activations.

  • Work closely with marketing, PR, and product teams to align Social Club efforts with broader brand initiatives.

  • Provide insights and recommendations on community trends, emerging opportunities, and engagement strategies.

  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting to optimize resource allocation and impact.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • 5-8 years of relevant marketing experience, with a focus on events and community programs.

  • A track record of success in building community programs that are rooted in cultural insights and trends.

  • Familiarity with the water community(ies) (personal watercraft, water sports, fishing, etc.).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • A deep understanding of social media trends, brand ambassador programs, and community engagement best practices.

  • A passion for outdoor adventure, powersports, or lifestyle brands.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

  • This role is central to making the Sea-Doo Social Club the ultimate destination for riders worldwide, blending strategy, community, and brand experience to fuel an ever-growing culture of adventure on the water.
