Tasks
Support the project managers in the administration of contracts. You will be responsible for following up on projects from opening to closing and ensuring that milestones and agreements are met.
Follow-up with subcontractors and suppliers (e.g. technical data sheets).
Prepare the list of guarantees.
Produce and provide the various forms required to start a project (e.g.: bonding, insurance, work permit application, CNESST, etc.).
Follow up on site directives and notices of changes between stakeholders.
Create various documents (calendar, site posters, list of employees, etc.).
Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements
DEP in secretarial science or AEC in office automation or any other relevant training.
2 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of the construction industry.
Knowledge of health and safety.
Basic knowledge of blueprint reading.
Excellent oral and written French and functional English.
Very good command of the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
