Location: Anjou Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 per year based on experience Job category: Skilled Trades - Manufacturing Type of job: Permanent Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Tasks

  • Support the project managers in the administration of contracts. You will be responsible for following up on projects from opening to closing and ensuring that milestones and agreements are met.
  • Follow-up with subcontractors and suppliers (e.g. technical data sheets).
  • Prepare the list of guarantees.
  • Produce and provide the various forms required to start a project (e.g.: bonding, insurance, work permit application, CNESST, etc.).
  • Follow up on site directives and notices of changes between stakeholders.
  • Create various documents (calendar, site posters, list of employees, etc.).
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEP in secretarial science or AEC in office automation or any other relevant training.
  • 2 to 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of health and safety.
  • Basic knowledge of blueprint reading.
  • Excellent oral and written French and functional English.
  • Very good command of the office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
