The Family Outreach Coordinator will provide oversight to family ministries programs and give focused attention to strengthen and grow programs and attend to the spiritual growth and development of families. In a cooperative team-based environment, the incumbent will design and implement a holistic Gospel centered and relational focused ministry including but not limited to Christian discipleship, community outreach, community partnerships and The Pathway of Hope. Through the Pathway of Hope Program, the Family Outreach Coordinator will provide a high impact case management approach that focuses on identifying and addressing root causes for families living in poverty. The Family Outreach Coordinator will provide casework services to families through the Pathway of Hope (POH) approach. A strengths-based approach will be used to interview, assess, and formulate a plan of action to assist families in moving from crisis to stability.
