YOUR IMPACT Hybrid role- 3 days in Waterloo office and 2 days remote
The Renewals Project Manager will join a dynamic Renewals Business Practices team whose mission is to protect and grow recurring revenue through the development and enforcement of policies and controls and related initiatives.
Using strong interpersonal and analytical skills, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to business growth through analysis, project development, and governance in support of the company's revenue goals. This role will partner closely with and drive alignment across Renewals, Channel, Sales, Support, Product, IT, and Operations colleagues.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Renewal Business Processes, the ideal candidate in this high-impact role is an experienced and extremely organized leader with an eye for detail and continuous improvement.
