We are seeking a Plumbing Services Manager to join our Building Services division based out of our Vaughan/Toronto office.
The mission of the Plumbing Service Manager is to establish and manage key members of Modern Niagara's plumbing service business, and ensure delivery of exceptional customer service throughout. Keys to success in this role will be: management of the technicians schedule, working closely with the Account Management and business development teams, and ensuring client retention and satisfaction. In this role you will participate in meetings with Senior Leadership, where your input to the entire business is a necessity. You will be responsible for the Maintenance, Time and Material, and Service projects budgets. Service Managers are viewed as the Service leads and have a direct line of communication with building owners and the expectation is to promote all faculties of Modern Niagara, with a focus on service to clients for the complete building life annual cycle.
