The Site Coordinator will support the operations of high-rise construction projects, ensuring on-site activities run smoothly and adhere to safety and timeline requirements. You will assist with coordinating logistics, managing schedules, and collaborating with contractors and project managers to ensure successful project execution. This will be for a 4-month term from May 2025 to August 2025

This role is located at our Arbour Site in Toronto ON.

What We Are Looking For:

  • In progress toward earning a diploma/certificate (minimum) in architectural, or construction management/ engineering program
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Quick learner able to adapt to new software's

What You'll Be Doing Each Day

  • Under direction of Site Superintendent conduct safety orientation of site staff and trade labour force.
  • Maintain daily construction log in conjunction with Site Superintendent(s).
  • Prepare and maintain various communication/documentation with head office and site.
  • Prepare and maintain various files for purchaser agreements (PA).
  • Co-ordinate with municipal inspections, and Tarion inspections.
  • Knowledgeable of health and safety responsibilities and duties.
  • Upholding and adhering to the company policies including a clean and safe work environment.
  • Time management, to meet deadlines to deliver on project requirements. Work Well under pressure meeting deadlines and project requirements.
  • Attend and participate in company and/or site meetings plus prepare meeting agendas and minutes as required by the site superintendent(s).
  • Other work and tasks related to company's objectives, or as required by the Site Superintendent(s).
