How would you like to join the Technology Engagement and Reporting team in Employee Technology Experience (ETE)? What will your typical day look like?
In a typical day as a Senior Technology Engagement Analyst, you play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager, Technology Engagement and Reporting with successfully executing strategic initiatives that:
Empower employees through the promotion of resources that support digital fluency and create awareness of technology changes impacting the employee experience
Support ETE storytelling and data-driven decision making via data consulting, collection and reporting
Ensure the seamless delivery of change management within ETE and provide strong operating models and governance to support our internal processes
As a Senior Technology Engagement Analyst, you will provide thought leadership, consultation, and insights to help our team deliver on our accountabilities and strategic initiatives. Some of the team's accountabilities include:
Developing OCM strategy to support our Experience Assessors
Owning the governance for The Digital Lounge and Intake
Leading SnapComms use

Typically, 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in strategy, change management, communications, and post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Economics, Communications, or related discipline is required
You are self-motivated, continuous learner who finds value in helping others
The ability to, and have experience demonstrating managing multiple priorities and deliver commitments on time with a high standard quality of work
Ability to influence with/without formal authority
Highly effective at managing constructive cross functional/cross organizational relationships
Passion, curiosity, and ability to break down strategic problems, analyze both qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide insights and recommendations
Expert knowledge and experience in change management practices, strategies, planning, counsel, presentation, and measurement
Storyteller with the ability to develop concise PowerPoint presentations for an executive audience
Understanding and knowledge of the use of Microsoft technology and applications in business
Possesses analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Understands technology processes and programs, is able to articulate technology concepts and terminology in simple, easy to understand language

The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
