Senior Manager, IA Practices Change Enablement

What is the Opportunity?

As the Senior Manager, IA Practices Change Enablement, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and communications plans for the Practices team. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of Methodology updates across the CAE Group, promote engagement in Practices activities, and drive understanding of audit Methodology.

What will you do?

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to assess communication needs and develop and deploy a Practices-specific global communications plan to inform and engage stakeholders on pertinent Practices activities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of change management strategies aligned with global initiatives, tailoring them to individual Practices initiatives.
• Monitor change progress, gather feedback, and adjust strategies as needed.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Undergraduate degree in communications, business administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in communications, change management, marketing and/or design or a related role
• Excellent planning, organization and communication skills
• Proven experience in managing stakeholder relationships and influencing at all levels
• Demonstrate accountability, leadership, initiative, teamwork

Nice-to-have

• Experience in audit theory and/or practice
• Experience in event planning, project management
• Working background/experience with major business segments of RBC or comparable peer bank
