Reporting to the Head of ITS, the incumbent is responsible for the overall management, leadership and delivery of the multi-phased implementation of the SAP Program. The incumbent will provide direction to the multi-disciplined teams consisting of subject matter experts, ITS staff and business partners, as well as procuring support from stakeholders throughout the TTC. The incumbent works closely with business and technical leadership, serving as an expert resource, bringing forth opportunities to leverage the SAP initiatives to better the business and influence decisions regarding business process changes.
The Senior Director - SAP Program Delivery will provide deep technical expertise and technical governance of TTC's overall SAP landscape. The incumbent, along with SAP subject matter experts, will support transformation, delivery and realization of SAP solutions across several areas including Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Facility Maintenance and Fleet Management.

You will provide effective senior leadership and direction in the development, delivery and execution of the TTC's multi-phased SAP program by providing proactive management, effective control, financial accountability and responsibility for the development and delivery of SAP solution; overseeing the integrated project plan, milestones, resource allocation and steering committee leadership; ensuring the program can deliver the benefits outlined in the business case, and that it meets the reasonable expectations of end users; managing and overseeing the tracking of risks, issues and risk mitigation plans and facilitates resolution of issues; managing highly complex business issues arising from the implementation of new processes or functions; ensuring quality of program deliverables by establishing quality control standards for program documentation and collaborating with SAP Centre of Expertise to ensure smooth transition of each release into production for on-going Application and Operations post-implementation support.
You will lead SAP technical governance in partnership with functional teams, SAP consultants and various stakeholders by ensuring team adherence to established governance model for program delivery; managing all aspects of integration/configuration including functional and technical specifications, design, development and support for applications that are used by the business; ensuring integration of solution(s) into enterprise technical architecture and business environment; advising and keeping the Executive informed on program activities, problems and requirements and ensures implementers and decision-makers are focused on the stated goals and objectives.
You will manage the planning, tracking, and reporting on program deliverables by monitoring program progress against schedule and budget, and takes appropriate action to minimize the impact of deviations; overseeing the financial planning, budget tracking and cost control; managing program scope and assists program teams in meeting business' expectations and controlling program scope and utilizing resources across project teams and resolves any issues among the project teams.
