Job Description:

How you will contribute?

  • Develop and oversee execution of change management plans for Enterprise GenAI tools
  • Identify and engage relevant stakeholders throughout the enterprise
  • Support the creation of key messages, features and benefits, and FAQs for new tools
  • Develop roadshow/roll-out visual presentation material (ex: PPT)
  • Support the creation of how-to videos and training material for new tools
  • Help plan and execute events and content related to new tool launches and upgrades
  • Create leader toolkits to support awareness and adoption
  • Support new tool testimonial development
  • Update internal sites with related content and training material
  • Adoption and usage metrics tracking and reporting
  • Support recognition/award applications related to new tools
  • Live demonstrations of the tool to internal and external users at events and roadshows
  • Monitor the competitive landscape of GenAI tools for enterprise use

What you will bring with you?

  • 2+ years of change management experience for a large organization
  • Certification by a recognized change management program (CCMP, PROSCI, etc.)
  • Experience rolling out projects and measuring results (adoption, usage)
  • Strong data, metrics and reporting skills
  • Ability to drive engagement with new digital tools
  • Ability to deliver informative and visually impactful presentations and training material
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to articulate ideas and gain buy-in from senior leaders and executives
  • High collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • A genuine interest in/avid user of digital tools and emerging technology
  • A general understanding of the importance of regulatory, compliance and data privacy environment in financial services

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
