The Enterprise Asset Management Department has an exciting opportunity! Come join our team and apply for the Senior Change Management Consultant position!!!

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for overseeing, planning and implementing the larger, more complex cross-corporate change initiatives at the TTC that maximize employee engagement and minimize employee and stakeholder resistance. The work involves assessing root causes and performance gaps and implementing and/or support implementation of appropriate interventions. The incumbent will serve as coach/facilitator in support of the more complex change management initiatives. The incumbent will work to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization and by coordinating the sharing of procedures and best practices among Change Management Consultants. You will also demonstrate behaviours that support diversity, inclusion, and a respectful work and service environment that is free from discrimination and harassment which helps to remove barriers and accommodate employees and customers (within their area of responsibility) in accordance with TTC's commitments and obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and Related Orders, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and TTC's policies. You will also participate in the TTC Customer Service Ambassador Program.

What Skills Do You Bring?

• Highly developed facilitation, analytical and communication skills to advise all management levels and assist in formulating long term strategy and practical short term solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to team build, mentor, coach and advise line management regarding behaviours, skills and improvements in change management programs and procedures.
• Sound judgement and well-developed problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, decision making and consulting skills are necessary to influence and promote a high level of performance in all working environments.
• Computer proficiency with a strong knowledge of PCs and software applications related to the work (ie. MS Office, Word, Excel, Access, Sharepoint, etc.).

What Qualifications Do You Bring?

• A University Degree/College Diploma in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or the equivalent or a combination of education, training, and experience deemed to be equivalent.
• Relevant work experience as a change management practitioner.
• Comprehensive knowledge of change management principles, practices and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge in the practical application of change management methods and strategy combined with a solid understanding of how people go through change and the overall change process.
• Strong knowledge of project management concepts and practices and the ability to carry out and coordinate projects.
