This opportunity can be based anywhere is Canada. The Project Manager will play an integral role in the execution of leasehold capital projects across Canada and will report to the Director, Construction & Maintenance Services. This role has the ability to evolve as the organization continues to grow and enhance capabilities and processes.

In this role, you will

  • Execute on leasehold capital projects, including renovations, expansions, relocations, de novos and consolidation of existing dental practices
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of assigned projects, including the pertinent Support Centre departments, practice teams, designers, engineers, contractors and dental suppliers
  • Track progress and provide regular updates to all stakeholders, inclusive of key dates, milestones, budget status and timelines
  • Maintain working folders for assigned projects, including, but not limited to, the aggregation of drawings, quotes, approvals, permit documents and equipment selections
  • Provide ad-hoc support to our practices as it relates to day-to-day maintenance needs

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Experience in dental leading renovation projects would be considered a strong asset
  • Experience in dental or with a large, multi-unit tenant considered an asset
  • PMP designation considered an asset
  • Strong ability to lead and organize a project team and ensure dates and budgets are adhered to
  • Experience reading and interpreting design, engineering and construction drawings
  • Knowledge of dental equipment and dental practice operations is preferred
  • Ability to travel across Canada is required (travel can be up to 25% based on project locations)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
