DESCRIPTION

Amazon is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager that will play a crucial role in reducing the cost to serve while improving customer experience by optimizing network connectivity and enhancing operational efficiency. Canada Transportation encompasses all of the planning and operations that deliver shipments from our fulfillment centers and third party locations to Canadian customers. The goal of Canada Transportation Team is to exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that their orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible.

This position focuses on optimizing network connectivity to lower costs while improving delivery speeds. The Sr. PM will lead Domestic Network Design programs and build initiatives that improve Domestic Fill Rates and Loaded Miles for Unique Packages, streamlining processes and ensuring alignment with organizational strategies with minimal oversight. This role requires strong operational experience, effective stakeholder management, and expertise in data interpretation to enhance network performance and achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities include spearheading workstreams for Continuous Improvement Programs and Large Network Transformations, collaborating with both technical and business partners to develop scalable processes, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support evolving operational needs. The Sr. PM will utilize data-driven frameworks to inform network design decisions, lead initiatives to improve container fill rates, and drive productivity through automation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
