At McCain Foods, we know the importance that food plays in people's lives – bringing people, families, and communities together. As we embark on a strategic digital transformation journey, the role of Director of Organizational Change Management will be pivotal.
This individual will lead and oversee the change management strategy and initiatives driven by the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA, ensuring alignment with McCain Foods' business objectives and sustainable growth. The role will work cross-functionally and across regions and teams to manage the impact of our change initiatives and build a culture of agility and continuous improvement
that is required to support our global digital transformation strategy.

Reporting to the Global Head of Business Transformation, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating a comprehensive OCM strategy that incorporates stakeholder engagement, change plans, training programs, and performance measurement. The Director of Organizational Change Management will lead a team of regional OCM specialists and coordinate efforts across regions to seamlessly integrate change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and training programs.
