Reporting to our Managing Director OneEleven, you will lead the effort to onboard member companies to OneEleven's community and our space. You will build relationships that help us better respond to the programming and services that are valuable to emerging tech companies who are rapidly scaling their businesses. You will also manage all aspects related to co-shared member company relationships including leases, negotiations and office moves (including implementation plan). Furthermore, you will oversee designated facility operations, vendors, and subcontractors. Finally, you'll build and maintain continuous feedback loops to ensure OneEleven programming, operations, and partnerships are meeting the needs of current members and attracting new prospects. You'll also be replied upon to jump on any other task our small team needs - its all-hands-on deck!
