What can I expect to do in this role?
As part of our team at FRO,you will help ensure support obligations are met for individuals and families. Every day will be a little different, but you can expect it to include activities like: • Communicating and providing service to the public, promoting a positive client experience. • Managing a caseload and handling complex cases. • Developing creative and tailored case management solutions for your clients. • Negotiating and problem-solving to encourage case compliance and payment arrangements. • Reviewing, interpreting, and explaining court orders.

Mandatory
