The Business Analyst position will support the Procurement & Category Management (PCM) Department's transition to SAP S4/HANA and SAP-Ariba, with a focus on Services Procurement Requirements (i.e.: Professional, Technical, Trades…etc.) and Change Management, by working with various stakeholders to understand current business processes and linking process design work with system analysis. This position will be responsible for documenting and mapping all changes in processes, and facilitating the creation of future-state change management plans, based on best practices, new technology, TTC policies and procedures. This includes gathering and analyzing background information from multiple sources (including, but not limited to consultants, internal and external auditors, other Public Organizations like the City of Toronto) and facilitating the development of strategic plans to drive improvements, communicating recommendations (including of appropriate road-maps and action plans) and facilitating the implementation of approved projects.
