SCOPE:
The Indigenous Registration Administrator will provide trauma-informed, culturally grounded, wholistic services that provide a safe space for Indigenous women to connect to services. The Indigenous Administrator will assist entitled individuals with Indigenous Services Canada registration applications, assist Status First Nations clients in obtaining or renewing their Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS), assist First Nation clients in liaising with the Ontario Regional Office for the purpose of Indian Registration in accordance with the Indian Act, and SCIS application process. The Indigenous Registration Administrator will directly support Branch Managers in day-to-day functions of office location(s) and assist in administrative needs within the office.
