YOUR IMPACT:
Working under the direction of the M&A PMO, the Change Manager will collaborate with project managers, business analysts, project stakeholders and cross functional teams on the introduction of new business processes and technologies to ensure stakeholder adoption.
The Change Manager will be responsible for the development of tools, templates, and processes that are intended to help project leaders analyze the impacts of a change during the planning phase, engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, as well as train and transition users towards the new technologies and processes being implemented. In addition, the Change Manager will support all M&A acquisition through the day 1 and integration phases.
