Senior Technical Director

Fortinet is seeking a senior technical advisor to work with Canadian government entities in the defense and intelligence sector. This individual will play a critical role in driving growth in these sectors, leveraging high-level security expertise and established networks to propel strategic growth across Canadian government initiatives.

• Government Relationship Building & Growth Strategy
• Transparency and Trust Center Leadership
• Technical Advisement

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 20 years of technical leadership experience, ideally within defense, intelligence, or cybersecurity sectors.
• Expertise: Demonstrated success in leading government engagements, particularly within defense and intelligence related organizations
• Relationship Building: Strong network and relationships within Canadian defense and intelligence communities.
• Technical Acumen: Extensive experience with cybersecurity solutions, transparency centers, and classified briefings.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical and sales strategies in high-security environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with global defense and intelligence initiatives.
• Familiarity with PSIRT/CVE and other cybersecurity threat notifications.
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet's product portfolio.
