We are looking for a skilled technical leader passionate about driving innovation in CI production to lead our efforts in delivering cutting-edge 5G RAN. With mandates to improve Continuous Integration and Delivery for our RAN products, you will be working with world class tools and cloud-based technologies to keep Ericsson at the forefront. Our preferred candidate will have a tinkering mindset, be comfortable with Linux development environments, and not afraid to dig deep into problems.


You will

  • Ensure that we have continuous flow and commits are getting merged and steer critical issues to timely resolution
  • Provide internal customer support and work closely with the other OPOs (Operational Product Owners), program managers and functional units
  • Create & maintain Dashboards to monitor the flow trends/KPI, analyze data and take actions, and report findings to the Program Manager
  • Be in charge of driving different backlogs and reviewing test equipment capacity
  • Maintain collaboration with design community, NodeCI, other modules and Test Effectiveness
  • Be responsible for performing/driving/initiating RCA on faults caused by product and environment issues (Internal/external) where flow is impacted
  • Plan and manage new incoming requirements
  • Drive continuous improvements for tools and processes

To be successful in the role you must have

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Understanding of Continuous Integration, Delivery platforms and Software engineering practices
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in driving feature or product development
  • To be a proven leader with a vision and a can-do attitude to make things happen
  • A proven track record of achieving delivery timelines and leading others to deliver on their accountabilities, while balancing cost, time to market, and quality
  • A passion for identifying new ways of working, organizing, and driving R&D efficiency
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills and initiatives for improvements. Drive and embrace innovation and change with a collaborative mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
