This job is best suited for an individual who is highly organized, a problem solver, an analytical thinker, excellent verbal and written communication skills, enjoys working with others as well as by themselves, wants to succeed, can work in a fast paced environment, customer service oriented, organized and posesses time management skills.
You will be responsible for prioritizing and scheduling installations, repairs and services calls; matching the job with the appropriate technician.
You will take owner ship of tasks and work with other team members to see all jobs to completion. You will be responsible to communicate with the customer and your team, both verbally and through written communication. You will address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner, utilizing our skilled technicians. You will enter and maintain notes and records required to suppot each service request. You will address all requests in the same business day as received.
You will ensure that the technician has the appropriate materials, information and time to perform each job, including any reports that need to be handed in.
You will need to be confident and be a life long learner. We use microsoft office as well as a scheduling system (Service Box).
You must be fluent in English and French would be an asset.
You must have a minimum of 2 years in a similar field and references of work experience will be required.

The scheduler works from Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 4:00 pm. We are located in Nepean.
