Sr. Omnichannel Manager

Provide hands on support of the Veeva/MedCRM integrated multi-channel marketing (IMCM) system's functionality, acting as the Level 1 support within Sales Operations/Commercial excellence to ensure system stability, change management, user adoption and proficiency. Platform Expert, coordinates evolving business requirements from the Squads to ensure development and implementation of the external platforms to meet them. Identification and mapping and execution of projects related to Veeva IMCM (integrated multi-channel marketing) for 100 field based employees.

What you will do:

  • Provide platform support & expertise for campaign and content development related to product omnichannel marketing plans.
  • Provides input & recommendations into the Product & Customer squads based on system & process knowledge of Omnichannel best practices in order to develop long term and short term business & technical requirements and strategies that drive business effectiveness as it relates to Omnichannel.
  • Responsible for onboarding new staff and train them on omnichannel platforms.
  • Responsible for all change management activities related to new platforms & develops various documentations, user manuals, end user training materials for Omnichannel and training end users on Omnichannel channels (at launch and ongoing).
  • Tracks adoption/engagement and develops adjustments as needed aiming to maximize user experience for continuous improvement.
  • Develops and ensures adherence to production schedules and deadlines pertaining to IMCM Implementations, provide effective support to Veeva IMCM End Users.
  • Primary point of contact with external vendors related to omnichannel platforms (Aktana, ITG).
  • Supports brand teams in Producing Digital Marketing output, including content and functionality for websites, user acceptance testing, online advertising, e-mail blasts/journeys/newsletters, video channels (e.g. YouTube) and HTML email creation and marketing.
  • Update Bayer web hub with content changes and organization aligned to therapeutic omnichannel plan.
  • Educates internal clients and increases their understanding of IMCM and Digital marketing capabilities and technologies.
  • Stays abreast of Digital Marketing technology innovation and works collaboratively with the extended Global Digital Marketing team and Digital Head to ensure that new approaches are strategically brought to the marketplace.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent
  • Veeva Content Factory/Vault, HTML, multimedia, SEO, SEM, Adobe/Nexxus and other marketing platforms
  • Implementation and support of Veeva CLM Vault and Content Factory, this includes content migration, trans creation, QA, L1 end user support
  • Implementation and support of some or all of Veeva Integrated Multi Channel Marketing (IMCM) Platforms: CLM/eDetailers/Digital Sales Aids, Approved e-mail, Engage for Portals, Engage Meetings, Engage Webinar
  • Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash and Dreamweaver) as well as Adobe DPS/Adobe mobile
  • Strong Technical Expertise combined with business acumen and leadership with end user/ customer focus
  • Strong business acumen and effective relationship management with Marketing/Brand teams along with a strong end user/ customer focus
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex project plans and drive to milestones
  • Results orientation, with a premium on accurate, timely execution
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Desire to work in a fast paced environment and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in the field as a Sales Rep or MSL
  • Bilingual an asset
