Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Agile Project Manager and Product Owner to lead and manage our complex and challenging projects. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and ongoing support. You will also be responsible for working closely with the product team to define and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Facilitate the implementation of agile/scrum methodologies, including training and coaching team members on best practices
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Routinely deliver progress reports to executive stakeholders, providing updates on project status, risks, and potential changes.
  • Manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Work closely with the product team to define and prioritize product backlog items.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any roadblocks and ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure alignment of the product backlog with the overall product strategy.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communication.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Continuously improve agile processes and methodologies.
  • Create, evolve and maintain the product roadmaps, managing dependencies and aligning with Roadmaps across the IoT organization and other business units.
  • Define and breakdown the product/value stream vision, objectives and expected value for the team
  • Maintain relationship with internal and external stakeholders

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 9+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master and Product Owner.
  • 8+ of experience and a proven track record as Product Leader within developing innovative and large-scale product solutions; plus, a proven track record in product planning, defining and launching successful products, unifying product portfolios and working with Public Cloud product lines
  • 5 years of direct experience working with a variety of enterprise solutions, designing solutions, or developing business applications. Experience shipping data products, ideally within a Cloud environment
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira, Asana, and Trello.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent user research and user empathy to know what a winning product for our customers looks like.
  • Strong data driven analytical skills to measure and report on product success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Passion for technology and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Product Owner (CPO) certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
