Position: Project Planner
Location: Toronto, Ontario
About this opportunity:
This role is dedicated to ensuring the successful management of Ericsson-derived turnkey projects, with a focus on achieving the highest customer satisfaction by meeting key deliverables and driving cost-efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
What you will do:
- Reviewing contracts to identify, create, or update Project Planning Inputs, translated into Customer Deliverables.
- Creating, supporting, and implementing relevant planning activities (including in relevant tools) throughout the project life cycle to deliver Ericsson business and customer contract value.
- Resource planning, including the onboarding and offboarding of team members and the management of necessary tools.
- Configuring and administering the Project Library, Project Planning Tools, and associated data to provide accurate reporting of project status, securing correct version control of related documentation.
- Efficiently analyzing progress, reporting status, and recommending improvements related to, but not limited to, project finance, risk management, performance management and delivery progress.
- Proactively impacting the quality of own work and the work of others to ensure the delivery of expected outcomes.
- Communicating professionally in situations impacting a range of customer, operational, or project activities within own area of expertise.
The skills you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a science, business, IT, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of at least two of the following: MS Office, MS PowerBI, MS Project, SAP, JIRA, Confluence.
- Knowledge of financial data management and reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including leadership, customer orientation, analytical and problem-solving capability, effective communication (oral and written), and a business-minded consultative approach.

Your Pay
Salary Range:
- Bachelors: $70,000
- Masters: $78,000
Hiring Bonus:
- Bachelors: 8,500
- Masters: 11,500
