The Organizational Change Manager will report directly to the Senior Manager, Change and Deployment. This individual will be a key member creating and implementing program take-to-company strategies into the business
The successful incumbent will work closely with key business stakeholders to successfully implement key initiatives and processes into our business. They will lead a take-to-company team by overseeing and coordinating all change and deployment deliverables - i.e., change activities, deployment strategy development, training, internal communications, understanding current and future state processes and impacts, and other required activities to ensure successful pilot, rollout and stabilization. By working with business teams on-site and remotely, observing processes, and soliciting feedback, they will be responsible to advocate for affected business teams, bringing concerns and ideas to the project team to incorporate into future requirements and solution development.
