Position Summary:
As the Scrum Master you will facilitate and support the Agile process, ensuring the team delivers high-quality technical solutions on time and on budget. You will work closely with product owners, developers, project managers, admins, QAs, external vendors, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative and productive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • Remove obstacles that impede the team's progress and productivity.
  • Assist the product owners with backlog management and prioritization.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
  • Track and communicate team progress through metrics and reports.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Promote a healthy and productive team dynamic. Attitude and leading by example are a very big part of this job. You're responsible for the team culture.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Agile and Scrum Expertise: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders including external vendors.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate within the team but also to senior leadership when called upon.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing application development projects.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or home health industry is a plus.
