As a GIS Analyst here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and executing engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and deliver high-quality results. Your technical expertise, project management skills, and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of the projects. You will report directly to our Project Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Markham, Ontario location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's ability to deliver innovative solutions and drive customer satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage engineering projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  • AMI Deployment Sector Definition

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • 2+ years of experience in project engineering or related roles
  • 3+ Heavy GIS background
  • 3+ Required experience with mesh networks, AMI systems or similar.
