What you will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Program Management: Lead and oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of all program activities to ensure timely delivery. Manage resources, timelines, and budgets effectively, and align program goals with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary Operations point of contact for key internal (and potentially external) customers, addressing any issues or concerns that arise during a project. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Senior Team Partnership: Collaborate with various internal teams, such as Customer Success, Vendor Management and Product Management to ensure all aspects of a project are aligned and progressing smoothly. Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Budget Management: Manage the project budget, ensuring that the project stays within the allocated budget and making necessary adjustments to avoid cost overruns. Provide financial oversight and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks by developing risk management plans and taking proactive measures to address issues.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to stakeholders. Present findings to senior leadership and executive teams.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in project management, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commercial acumen to evaluate opportunities and engage functions proportionately.
  • Critical thinking to evaluate and recommended process changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complexity.
  • Ability to summarize and synthesize large amounts of data for executive decision-making.
  • Experience in project/program coordination and planning.
  • Exposure to bid/order/opportunity management.

          Preferred Qualifications:

          • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
          • Experience in the industry related to the products or services being delivered.
          • Familiarity with risk management processes.
