As a senior program Supervisor, you will use your project and organizational skills to be responsible for the management of various business projects that will drive sales growth, contribute to the company's financial success, and strengthen customer relationships. Your ability to develop and implement sales strategies and identify new business opportunities will position Honeywell P3 project facility management growth and, increase productivity and improve processes. These projects span multiple areas and businesses. You will be in a visible position and will require direct interaction with peers and leaders across all these groups. Your projects will vary depending on the organization being supported and therefore require a vast knowledge of various business practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acts with urgency to accurate project funnel development of business opportunities and fast turnaround closing the variation orders as per customer needs.
  • Revenue forecasting for the site (minimum 3 months rolling forecast).
  • Responsible for customer presentations and solution development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders in technology and innovations, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base contract operation and maintenance as well as Life Cycle activities.
  • Act as the customer consultant to propose site improvement in line with the customer vision.
  • Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding, order processing, and support Customer Management: Managing project client escalation.
  • Review all job project documents and support the project management team with estimations of a new project then support the execution and delivery to the end user client.
  • Monitor and drive project schedules to ensure projects are on or ahead of schedule.
  • Evaluate subcontractor performance.
  • Lead the Assets Lifecycle Management across specific P3 service contracts.
  • Manage Project deliverables such as revenue, cost targets, schedules, and milestones.
  • Serve as sub-contractor, work coordinator, and customer point of contact.
  • Supply quotes to customers on ads and extras identified or as requested.
  • People Management: Leading with and without formal authority Project Managers and project coordinators.
  • Drive productivity and utilization and project cost management.
  • Working in a project matrix environment.
  • Drives Billing and collection of accounts receivable by ensuring and managing the customer acceptance process.

Must be able to obtain security and other clearances as required by the customer.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Post-secondary education
  • Top Secret Security clearance or ability to obtain within 6-8 months based on a 10-year verifiable history in Canada.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Project Management.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or MBA in Engineering or Business Management.
  • Presentation tools and programs( PPT, Excel…..etc)
  • P3 Projects Experience.
  • PMP certification.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office including Excel, Access, and SharePoint.
  • Expertise with project management tools, ie. Microsoft Project or Primavera.
  • Knowledge of IT and financial systems is preferred (SalesForce, SAP, Cora, etc.).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation.
  • An ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage priorities, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
