Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program-specific performance within Honeywell Connected Enterprise. You will partner with world-class engineering and leaders to implement product strategies, develop program schedules and milestones, define technology road maps, and drive improvements in engineering quality and productivity.

  • Use your strategic thinking to help anticipate problems, recognize, and eliminate barriers
  • Lead and maintain an optimized program management operating system for specific business segment programs
  • Bring the best global thinking to your own organization and region to understand technology and management concepts required for Honeywell products and processes

The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • 7+ Years of Experience in Engineering or program management.

WE VALUE

  • Legacy SATCOM product knowledge.
  • Understanding business Initiatives, objectives, and the ability to convert them into User Stories.
  • Working knowledge of MAT, HMR, AET, SAP, Demand/Supply Tool, and other Project Management.
  • Ability to interact with customers and Suppliers.
  • Diverse and global teaming and collaboration
  • Strong management operating system that facilitates communication
  • Ensures that departmental core competencies include continuous PE skill development.
  • Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.
  • Persuade to influence others to accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
  • Significant experience in Product engineering
