Job Title: PMO Manager - Security Technology

Location: GTA, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $70,000.00 - 80,000.00 / annually

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive PMO Manager - Security Technology to oversee and coordinate the successful execution of projects. This role involves managing communication and collaboration across multiple teams to meet project timelines, objectives, and client needs. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the scope of work (SOW) in collaboration with the Sales team, Tech Support team, and technicians.
  • Coordinate and manage project objectives, resources, equipment, and timelines to meet deadlines.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams, assess inventory levels, track shortages, and manage procurement orders while ensuring proper registration of outgoing materials.
  • Manage scheduling, pre-programming, and assess potential risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Daily communication with technicians and clients to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor client needs and ensure satisfaction throughout the project, including managing work plans, hours, and expenditures.
  • Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, reports, and schedules.
  • Conduct quality assurance tests to ensure all project standards and requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with third-party teams, including construction, LP, tech support, and manufacturers, to resolve any issues that arise during the project.
  • Review and ensure client approval on certified work installation upon project completion.
  • Approve subcontractor invoices and perform job cost analysis..

Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Education in a related field or work equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of project management experience
  • PMO leadership experience within the security industry is an asset
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management and coordination.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams and clients
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.#LI-GH1
