Job Summary | The Department of Housing and Campus Connections of Dalhousie University consists of Residence Operations (Facilities Management, Front Desk staff and Security for 2400 students residing across 16 residences), Conference Services, Off Campus Housing, University Food Services (residence dining, retail food, catering and snack vending), DalCard Business Operations and UPass. Reporting to the Director, Event and Conference Services, the Event and Conference Coordinator is a key member of the three-person Conference Coordinator team with a focus on guest accommodation (individual and group) on the Halifax campus while assisting with other client group responsibilities as may be required to achieve the goals and expectations of the team. |

Note | Provide on-call support as part of a rotating team via cell phone after hours and on weekends for building-related issues regarding clients, facilities, or systems. Compensation will be in accordance with the collective agreement. Due to operational requirements, the successful applicant is required to work in-person on campus. |
