We are seeking a student for the 2025 Summer Term, to be based in our Halifax area (Bedford) location, as follows:

Job Title: Junior Business Associate

Location: 486 Starboard Drive, Bedford, NS B3M 0N6

Term: May 05th, 2025 - August 25th, 2025 / 40 hours per week

Program of Study: Business Administration, Business Management, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship. Minor in Information Technology, Communications - is a plus

Education Level: Open to undergraduate students, including those in their first Co-op term

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of business analysis and business development principles.
• Familiarity with business strategy and planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis tools.
• Experience or coursework related to business analysis, market research, or business development is an asset.
• Familiarity with challenges in the digital customer experience industry and marketing digital platforms (DXP) is a plus.
• Be enrolled in the Co-op program with your institution.

Purpose of Role, Duties & Key Tasks:

• Assisting in analysing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
• Supporting the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to support business development efforts.
• Collaborating with team members to develop and present business proposals and reports.
• Participating in meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights.
• Contributing to the creation of business documentation, including process maps and project plans.
• Performing various business administrative tasks
• Engaging with Content Bloom's social media platforms and creating content to enhance online presence.
• Developing business case studies to showcase successful projects and strategies.
