What will your typical day look like?

DTTL People & Operations supports our talented, forward-thinking professionals with a broad range of development, well-being, and engagement programs to enhance their professional and personal journeys. We provide top-notch, leading-edge thinking and advisory support to our leaders, and partner with our businesses to ensure our professionals develop the right skills and talents to deliver on ambitious priorities.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced consultant to support significant business transformation and change management initiatives. This role is critical to our ability to seamlessly connect the dots across a variety of technological, process and experience related transformational efforts for our leaders and teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as a strategic advisor and thought partner to our People Centers of Excellence and business counterparts across Deloitte Global
  • Applying and adapting organizational change management processes, templates, and guidance based on client and project needs
  • Coordinating with communications colleagues to articulate and implement change interventions
  • Managing multiple transformation project workstreams; setting expectations, meeting deadlines, and managing complexity
  • Building and maintaining collaborative partnerships across Deloitte Global
  • Guiding and supporting the design and delivery of end-to-end change management deliverables, including: case for change, stakeholder analysis and engagement activities, change impact analysis, leadership engagement and alignment, readiness assessment, communications and training plans and materials, adoption tracking, reporting metrics, and risk escalation as needed

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

The ideal candidate will have Organizational Change Management background and experience with Human Capital or Strategy consulting. They will also be savvy in communication, organization transformation and project management skills.

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in organization change management, human capital and/or strategy consulting role or related field
  • Demonstrated understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices applied to global transformation and technology projects
  • Strong project management abilities, including the ability to design and take initiatives from abstract to concrete
  • Ability to manage competing, high-priority demands, prioritizing workload, managing projects and multiple responsibilities against strict deadlines
  • Compelling storyteller (both written and in presentations)

Preferred :

  • Change management certification (i.e., Prosci)
  • Experience supporting change management for technology implementations (i.e., ERP, Cloud solutions, cybersecurity, etc.)
  • Passion for communicating across diverse audiences and leveraging global and inclusive thinking

Total Rewards


The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
