WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Data Fabric Production team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our team. We have an ambitious portfolio of work we will accomplish together. In this fast-paced environment, we require someone who has the necessary technical and functional skills to complement their skillsets to influence and lead in project environments. You will have the opportunity to collaborate and work closely with the IT leads, Directors, engineers, developers and several product and project managers

Data fabric is essentially the architecture and integration of a disparate collection of data platforms and tools both on premise and on azure cloud that address key pain points in big data projects in a cohesive and self-service manner. We support regulatory clients such as Risk, Finance, Core, T+1, Audit, Compliance, FRTB, CAT and RiskHub. The Data Fabric team offers individuals the opportunity to be part of a collaborative, creative and innovative organization with a collective ambition to identify, mitigate, remediate various critical security risks in order to be compliant with our systems and processes

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Plan vulnerability management remediation, identifying and mitigating critical security risks, keeping leads, Product Managers, Managing Directors and VP's informed
  • Manage/open/remediate risk findings by co-relating the technical aspect and the business impact with relevant stakeholders
  • Independently leading sessions to obtain key inputs from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Architects, Developers and various Technology Leads
  • Review and submit Infrastructure Control Assessment (ICA) for highly available architectures mostly vendor products deployed on-prem cloud and on Kubernetes
  • Ability to gather technical specifications from Architects, BAs and Dev teams and translating to business and functional requirements
  • Manage and coordinate Unix/Windows infrastructure patching, cryptography review, Active Directory entitlements
  • Complete/Modify/Trigger quarterly/yearly data attestations and access manager reviews
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to facilitate technical sessions

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Must have:

  • Undergraduate degree coupled with change management experience in complex programs
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong project management experience.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, Service Now
  • Experience utilizing Tableau, Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and produce necessary charts with correct statistics
  • Ability to respond to high frequency of requests, multiple priorities displaying excellent time management skill

Nice-to-have:

  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools (e.g., Okta, Azure AD), Access Control, Privileged Access Management (PAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
  • Understand and analyze IT processes, data, and TSS compliance with an audit lens
  • Understanding of Red Hat servers with Linux/Unix as Operating System, NAS and API's
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, CISM, CMSA
