As a Supply Management Analyst, you will be responsible to manage master data, develop and manage tools to support in the areas of planning, supplier spend, risk and value creation and to provide analysis and support to the Supply Management Department.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Development and implement tools and technology for managing and analyzing the Supplier portfolio

  • Build and maintain Power BI reports

  • Prepare analytical reports and briefing notes to share accurate information with stakeholders

  • Coordinate, track and report on project progression of assigned projects

  • Develop reports to evaluate business opportunities and ensure Supply Management is maximizing value add to the business

  • Support our contractual rate increase process including rate validation

  • Mentor and coach more junior employees

Your Skills:

  • Strong ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal direction

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills

  • Very strong analytical and problem-solving skills; with keen outside the box thinking

  • Continuous improvement mindset

  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and deliver successful results within agreed upon timeframes

Your Experience:

  • Post secondary education or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years' experience in business analytics

  • Experience working in the oil and gas industry is an asset

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite as well as Power BI and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of Oracle, Sage and IQN an asset

  • Knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Experience building analytical models and conducting thorough analysis is necessary.
