Reporting to the Director, Transformation, the successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management and delivery of the transformation initiatives and the respective projects from inception to completion. This role involves program management of the delivery teams, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the portfolio of projects are delivered on time and within budget and provide the strategic outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute transformation projects including defining project scope, goals, deliverables and accountability
  • Monitor initiative and project progress and performance including managing project budget and resources
  • Identify and resolve issues and risks as they arise
  • Other related duties as required

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or other related field.
  • 5+ years' experience in project management, change management or a related field
  • Continuous Improvement experience or certification: Belt training (Green Belt, Lean Belt, etc.), PMP and Scrum or related certifications/experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Highly developed organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team;
