Senior Manager, Process Excellence

• Improve our organizational capability in business process management, which includes both process performance and maturity to support achievement of business growth.
• Develop common process KPI framework and dashboarding. Analyze and report on process data, including adherence to standards. Ensure quality and integrity of the Cavendish Farms Architecture
• Facilitate process/stakeholder assessments, process change projects and associated activities, including analyzing, then improving or redesign of processes through to creation or updating of documentation and KPIs
• Support process promotions across the organization to ensure employees are educated on Cavendish Farms/JD Irving process models, how roles and responsibilities tie into, etc

• University degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development or other related field, considered an asset.
• 7 + years' experience in Leadership in business or preferably manufacturing; food manufacturing preferred
• Experience coaching/leading improvement efforts at a site or organizational level
• Continuous Improvement experience or certification: Belt training (Lean Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt) related certifications/experience
• Change Management Experience and Certification - Prosci preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work independently and as part of the team;
