Position Overview
Reporting to the Senior IT Manager, the Business Analyst will be an integral part of the FMB IT Team, driving technological innovation and business success. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. Primary responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing business requirements, supporting IT systems, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
The Business Analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that IT projects align with business objectives and deliver value. Additionally, they will provide data-driven insights to enhance system performance and efficiency. This position requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Accountabilities
The Business Analyst performs other special projects and duties as assigned.
