We're looking for a T-Link Coordinator to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia. Our head office houses Tolko's corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement, and Human Resources.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Experience providing positive customer experience.
- Experience using a sales system (AX or other) is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization with attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and requests.
- High level of ability in Outlook (email management) and Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups).
- Understanding of general accounting principles.
- Proven problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to pivot quickly as work priorities change.
- Experience with inventory management is an asset.
- Experience in forestry or wood products is an asset.
- Some post-secondary education in business, forestry, manufacturing or equivalent experience is an asset.

In this role, you will:
- Coordinate with TMS Accounting to assess and improve financial performance of reload warehouses.
- Address product damages or claims for shipments.
- Maintain and adjust inbound order files from mills and origin reloads.
- Create, price, and receive inventory into warehouses, and manage outbound orders.
- Balance and reconcile inventory at T-Link locations.
- Communicate with sales and reload staff.
- Perform stock transfers between warehouses to ensure timely shipments.
- Liaise with sales on customer requirements and aged inventory details.
- Monitor credit and release holds where applicable.
- Advise sales on outstanding collect orders.
