As a People & Culture Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting the Talent Strategy and Culture team by managing key components of cultural transformation initiatives. You will oversee the logistics of workshops and focus groups, perform in-depth data analysis, and effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Your contributions will directly support the strategic goals of the P&C team, driving positive changes in our team member experience and organizational culture.
