JOB SUMMARY
As the Adventure Camp Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the mountain adventure camp programs. Your primary objective is to inspire children, youth and leaders to connect with nature, engage in outdoor play, make friends, and embrace the unique Grouse Mountain that Adventure Camps has to offer. The Adventure Camp Supervisor is responsible for communicating effectively with the supervisory team and management team, leading the 2 Team Leads and up to 40 camp leaders towards success while ensuring a safe and exceptional experience.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position provides direct supervision to the Mountain Adventure summer camps team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES
WORKING CONDITIONS
Hours of Operation are weather dependent. Due to the nature of the business, this position requires flexibility in terms of your work schedule. A variety of work schedules may include a variety of start times, including shifts on weekends and statutory holidays. Shifts require standing for long periods of time, lifting, twisting, and other forms of manual tasks.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$21.62/hour to $25.28/hour
